History
PT Republik Kopi Hemindonesia plantation was founded by Mr Benyamin Tangkesalu in 1981 is located in the highlands of Toraja, South Sulawesi. At an altitude of 1700 - 1800 MASL the plantation originally produced coffee beans and passion fruits in an area of + 195 hectares. After continuous growth in demand for our coffee beans the plantation shift to produce only coffee beans and coffee powder for Indonesian and International market.
Present
Republik Kopi is specializing in authentic Indonesian coffee experience. We source beans from Sumatra to Papua directly from local farmers at above-fair appreciation. Then process naturally, washed or honey to deliver true characteristic. Now, we push step further by providing free espresso machines to our hotels and cafes partners as well as training and monthly beverage trend.
